Healthcare

01 · Healthcare (B2B)

My healthcare career.

It started early: an interest in medicine became med school, then dropping out, then health tech. I have been in it ever since.

I got started at Epic, as many of us do, in patient flow and front-to-mid revenue cycle: registration, scheduling, authorizations, eligibility, and capacity across inpatient and outpatient. That work teaches you a health system the way almost nothing else does.

Most recently at Ambience, I led ambient AI deployments at our highest-priority health systems and owned the release process. You cannot get the right patient to the right place at the right time if what gets built never reaches the people who need it. Knowing the system from the inside is what makes me effective.

03 · Present work

Fractional Aesthetics

My newest venture in healthcare B2B is Fractional Aesthetics. My team audits aesthetic practices, gives owners a clear read on where they stand, and hands them a plan they can run. I work alongside practice owners as an operator and as a builder of bespoke automated systems to fill the gaps we find.
